The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of expediency introducing tutoring technology as a type pedagogical innovation in professional and training teacher at higher education institution. It was found that an important normative condition within framework master's degree preparation future teachers institution education. Due considered psychological concepts, which are related concept "individual education", we managed outline individualization This made it possible generalize professional-pedagogical activity can be implemented one types based on individualized approach learning - technology. Tutoring able fully implement acmeological, humanistic, personal-activity, context-competence approaches. At same time, ensure flexibility, variability practical orientation various stages educational scientific activity.
